Whole school display

All the children have been working with Mrs Laird to create a new whole school display.  Each child painted graduations of colour on pieces of paper, a different colour for each class.  They then looked at the shapes of feathers, cut these out and used soft pastel pencils to design them.  Finally, Mrs Laird added them to a display to create wings and some of the upper children helped her choose an appropriate and inspirational quote to add at the bottom – ‘You already have wings, all you have to do is FLY.’  We think it makes a lovely, bright display.
